A  public meeting about plans to increase sand mining on Newrybar Swamp Rd will be held at Club Lennox in Stewart St, Lennox Head, from 6pm on Friday.

The public will have the opportunity to make submissions and have their say about this once it is on exhibition in early February at Ballina Shire Council.
